eSynch Implements Strong Sales and Marketing Strategies to Build Nacio's Revenues

SANTA ANA, Calif., July 29, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- eSynch Corp. (OTCBB:ESYN), which last week disclosed that it had entered into an escrow and proxy agreement granting eSynch control of all voting and ownership rights of Nacio Systems, Inc., announced that its role in the management and growth of Nacio has resulted in the development and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies created to drive Nacio's revenue.

As also disclosed last week, eSynch, upon completion of Nacio's plan of reorganization, will exchange a maximum of 30 million common restricted shares for 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Nacio.

Nacio's Netsource Center currently provides high-reliability managed services hosting, connectivity and outsourcing solutions along with co-location and support services for over 300 businesses that rely on the Internet for daily operation. This represents a small percentage of the capacity of the infrastructure built and in place at Nacio's facilities.

"Nacio has been engineering and customer serviced focused," stated Tom Hemingway, CEO and Chairman of eSynch. "The client base has largely been built through word of mouth and with the company's technology stable and underutilized, it's pretty clear that loading the Netsource Center's capacity is the highest priority. Towards that end we will immediately begin to build Nacio's sales capabilities targeted on expanding the client base and on selling more solutions and services to the existing base, all with the goal of increasing Nacio's revenue," continued Mr. Hemingway.
