SOLNA, Sweden, Aug. 21, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC Construction Denmark has been commissioned by TK Development, in cooperation with Copenhagen Harbor, to build an office property at Amerikakaj in Copenhagen harbor. This turnkey contract is worth approximately SEK 200 million (DKK 176 million).
The 16 story office building will have a total of approximately 13,000 square meters of floor space. With its 62 meters, it will be the highest building along the most northerly coast of Copenhagen. The building will be covered in copper, in line with Copenhagen's historical tradition of high copper-clad buildings.
The building is scheduled for occupancy at the beginning of 2004.
