Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. Announces Selection of Bloom Technologies as Its Infrastructure Deployment Partner

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNT) today announced that IT consulting group Bloom Technologies, L.L.C. of Addison, Texas has been selected to build the infrastructure for Reality's hybrid broadband wireless service network that integrates fixed wireless, 802.11, and fiber to provide broadband access to markets either under-served or not served by DSL and Cable modem technologies.

Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. plans on launching their services in twelve targeted markets throughout the West Coast over the next twelve months. Fundamental to this effort, Reality has developed a unique, modular "best practices" template to rapidly and uniformly integrate and expand operations in new markets, thereby enabling Reality to reach maximum market share and profitability as quickly as possible. Management calls this best practices template, which covers all aspects of marketing, sales, networking, and back office integration, "Reality in a Box." As the Company identifies new markets to pursue, the flexibility of this modular or template approach will allow Reality to (i) scale operations through organic "de novo" growth to full market penetration, as well as (ii) easily integrate acquired ISPs.

"Bloom Technologies is an excellent strategic and operational partner for our company. In addition to years of IT and infrastructure service to national carriers, such as AT&T Wireless and Teligent, their 'turnkey' approach represents one of the key modules in our Reality in a Box, approach to quality and cost control," said Victor Romero, COO of Reality. Mr. Romero added: "Customer service is our number one priority and we feel confident that Bloom Technologies has the background and experience to be a key factor in fulfilling this goal."

Chance Waid of Bloom Technologies responded that: "Reality is at the forefront of an emerging 802.11 Wireless technology that seeks to bring reliable broadband services to communities that are under-served or not served at all. This opportunity is incredibly exciting to us." Chance said, "We look forward to leveraging our years of IT expertise in this new and emerging WIFI market."
