SOLNA, Sweden, Nov. 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC's (Stockholm:NCCa) Board of Directors has decided to transfer the company's Series A and B shares from Stockholmsborsen's A-List to the same exchange's O-List. The reason for the move is that trading in shares on the O-List is more beneficial for Swedish shareholders than trading on the A-List in terms of inheritance and gift taxation.
An application will be submitted to Stockholmborsen requesting that the change in the listing become effective on November 18, 2002. This means that trading in NCC shares on the A List will be possible up to and including Friday, November 15.
