Witnet Completes Linux Development

TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Witnet International, Inc. (OTCBB:WTNT) announced today that it has completed development of the Linux version of its mobile remote access software "Mobilick."

The company announced that it would develop a Linux version of its software in January and the completion of this development is ahead of schedule.

Witnet President, Mun Su Han said that his team had completed testing the Mobilick solution running Linux and it is now operable.

Mr. Han will visit several clients in North America this week to test the solution and continue in the launch of the company's global marketing initiative. This development will hasten the company's immediate go to market strategy in the North American market.

Mr. Han added that the company will complete its security version and voice activated versions for both Linux and CE in the near future and that those products will be ready for market in the second quarter.

About Mobilick:

Mobilick allows control over internet-connected PCs through PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) that are connected to the wireless internet.

By applying thin computing solutions, users can run complex applications via PDAs while using only the minimum system resources of PDAs.

Mobilick was launched in Japan and Korea late last year and is now being introduced in North America.
