HARRISBURG, Pa., March 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 26.25 cents per share, or $1.05 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable May 15, 2003 to stockholders of record as of April 15, 2003.
The dividend represents the 212th consecutive cash dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. The company has paid dividends each year since 1939, and has increased its dividend in each of the last nine years, and 10 of the last 11 years.
