Witnet Completes Development of Mobilick for Microsoft Windows CE.Net

TORONTO, April 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Witnet International, Inc. (OTCBB:WTNT) announced today that it has completed development of the CE.Net version of its mobile remote access software "Mobilick."

The company announced that it would develop a CE.Net version of its software in January and the completion of this development is ahead of schedule.

Witnet President, Mun Su Han said that his team had completed testing the Mobilick solution running CE.Net and it is now operable.

Now the Mobilick solution will work with many of the new "web panel" type devices which run Windows CE.Net such as the Atigo L from Xybernaut Corporation. Witnet announced a co-marketing agreement with Xybernaut in January. www.xybernaut.com

These devices have large 8" displays and when running Mobilick, can access a remote computer over the internet and access programs running on the remote computer from the mobile device with the benefit of the larger screen than a standard PDA.

Witnet will now offer Mobilick on Windows CE, Windows CE.Net and Linux.

"Now that we have completed 'Mobilick' on most of the major operating systems used for PDA's and Web Panels we can aggressively pursue this growing market in North America." Mr. Han added that they would announce their first bundled product launch with Mobilick later this week and that the company is on track with its marketing initiatives of both Mobilick and ModaPhone.

About Mobilick:

Mobilick allows control over internet-connected PCs through PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) that are connected to the wireless internet.

By applying thin computing solutions, users can run complex applications via PDAs and Web Panels while using only minimum system resources of the device.

Mobilick was launched in Japan and Korea late last year and is now being introduced in North America.
