HARRISBURG, Pa., June 24, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 26.25 cents per share, or $1.05 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable August 15, 2003 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2003.
The dividend represents the 213th consecutive cash dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. The company has paid dividends each year since 1939.
