STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 25, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Finnish employee representative in TeliaSonera's Board of Directors
Ms Taru Maria Solakivi will join TeliaSonera's Board of Directors as an additional employee representative. Ms Solakivi will fully participate in the Board of Directors' ordinary work, but without voting right.
Ms Solakivi is a full time employee as the Corporate Chief Shop Steward in TeliaSonera Finland representing the Communications Union. She has been employed at TeliaSonera Finland since 1973 and has been a chief shop steward in the Communications Union at TeliaSonera Finland since 1983. Furthermore Ms Solakivi is Vice Chairman of the Board of Sonera Pension Fund.
