Witnet and KSIGN Develop WCMS Web Contents Management System Powered by KSIGN Security Technologies in a Billion-Dollar Market

Co-Developing and Co-Sales of Enhanced WCM Solution with Strong Security Policies

TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Witnet International, Inc. (OTCBB:WTNT) announced that Witnet and KSIGN have developed a WCMS (Web Contents Management System) powered by KSIGN Security Technologies.

WTNT and KSIGN agreed to add security modules with KSIGN's PKI technologies and products to WTNT's XML-based WCMS solution.

KSIGN has over 15 million subscribers using its PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions and leads the industry in Korea. Revenues in 2002 were $4.7 million from its PKI business in Korea alone. With this co-work on the WCMS, WTNT expects to empower their solutions with enhanced data and content security. It will help WTNT launch the new version of X-Stan, a more reliable system, as well as its existing powerful XML functions.

WTNT and KSIGN will also co-market the product according to previous agreements on co-sales. As the need for the security of contents and data is rapidly increasing, both companies look forward to enlarging their market shares.

With the agreement, WTNT provides its XML-based WCMS X-Stan, and KSIGN will provide its network security solutions, KSignSWAT, KSignESCORT, KSignPassOne and KCASE2002. Doing so, both companies will launch one of the best WCMS in the market.

X-Stan's weak security is expected to be backed up by KCASE2002 APIs, which will provide security that is correspondent with international standards of processes and protocols (RFC2459, 2410 and PKCS).
