COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Oct. 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- For September 2003, the total number of passengers in Copenhagen Airport shows a decrease of 2.6% compared to the same month in 2002. The development in the number of passengers for the first 9 months of the year shows a decrease of 3.8% compared with the same period last year.International passengers The number of scheduled international passengers decreased by 2.4%, while the number of international charter passengers decreased by 2.9%. Thus, the total number of international passengers decreased by 2.5%.
Domestic passengers
The total number of domestic passengers shows a decrease of 3.1% compared with 2002.
Operations and take-off weight
In September 2003, the total number of take-offs and landings decreased by 1.5%, while the tonnage shows a decrease of 2.3%.
