Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Modular Division Granted State of California Approval for its Modular Designs

CHOWCHILLA, Calif., Nov. 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Diversified Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:GDVI), focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Modular, Inc., has secured approvals from the State of California, Division of the State Architect (DSA), on all of its proprietary designs and related intellectual property.

The approved designs include those already in use, designs which required revisions to meet recently mandated criteria, and new designs.

Global Diversified Industries Chairman & CEO Phil Hamilton said the Company's modular division now possesses an expanded variety of building designs to offer to prospective customers ranging from standard single-story structures through multi-room wing additions, two-story classrooms and complete modular schools.

"We are now positioned to compete on projects where our competition will be general contractors bidding conventional construction. Our repertoire of design alternatives will allow Global Modular to offer sizeable price discounts and construction done in a fraction of the time of standard contractors," Mr. Hamilton said. "This places Global Modular in an advantageous position as schools are planning now for additional space through modernization to be completed by the fall school term."

"We are currently working on new designs to keep pace with ever changing architectural aesthetics within the education sector," Mr. Hamilton said. "Global Modular anticipates that our designs will set the standard for innovative modular construction throughout the rest of this decade and beyond."
