STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has during November sold 5 properties in Haninge, Kumla, Orebro, Lidingo and Landskrona. The price amounts to MSEK 135 with a profit of MSEK 10. The properties were sold on a property yield of 7,4 % calculated on the sales price.

Kungsleden's strategy is to ensure sustainable high and stable returns proceeding from its existing holding, and through acquisitions and disposals.
