AdZone Research Receives $600,000 in Additional Funding as Part of Agreement Calling for up to $1,750,000 Institutional Financing by The Nutmeg Group


CALVERTON, N.Y., June 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, today announced that it has received an additional $600,000 funding as part of a commitment for a total $1,750,000 private placement by The Nutmeg Group, LLC, an institutional investor.

The $600,000 closing resulted in the issuance of 3,289,474 shares of common stock. In addition, the investor received warrants to purchase an aggregate of 1,644,737 shares. The last closing, for $750,000, which is at the option of AdZone, is scheduled to occur within five days of the effective date of a registration statement covering this transaction. More details of this private placement is contained in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
