THE PUNISHER Returns


GARDEN CITY, N.Y., June 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- NuBev, Ltd., an affiliate of Continental Beverage & Nutrition, Inc. (OTCBB:COBN), producer of The Punisher Energy Water Drink, announces that the motion picture, "The Punisher", is to be re-released nationally on Friday June 25, 2004.

Lions Gate Entertainment and Marvel Entertainment introduced "The Punisher" starring Thomas Jane, John Travolta, Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, and Roy Scheider, in theaters nationwide on April 16, 2004. "The Punisher" tells the story of Frank Castle (Thomas Jane), an FBI agent who goes underground to exact revenge on the evil crime lord, Howard Saint (John Travolta), who, in a failed attempt to kill the FBI agent, kills Castle's family instead. Since opening, the film has grossed app. $35 million domestically, and has consistently built strong word of mouth to capitalize and expand upon its comic book following to build a strong brand base in the financially powerful 18-34 male demographic. Plans have already begun for Marvel and Lion's Gate to introduce a sequel to "The Punisher."

The Punisher Energy Water Drink is a unique new beverage that is a combination energy drink and nutritionally enhanced water. It is a non-carbonated, flavored, and sweetened water drink, with a proprietary nutritional energy formula, and is preservative-free.
