iMedia and FX Networks Complete Interactive Promotional CD-ROM for Hit Series Nip/Tuck

SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia US LLC, the operating subsidiary of iMedia International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IMNL), has announced the completion of the production and distribution of an interactive promotional disc on behalf of FX Networks, LLC, for the hit series Nip/Tuck. The discs were distributed in the June 11th issue of Entertainment Weekly Magazine.

To support the series' season two premiere on June 22, the promotional CD-ROM features highlights of Nip/Tuck's first season, including video profiles of the show's main characters, video highlights of each episode, and a viral marketing tool that allows users to send Nip/Tuck postcards and wallpaper to friends and family. Also featured are hyperlinks to the official Nip/Tuck website along with opportunities to purchase the Nip/Tuck season one DVD and music soundtrack.

FX is the first network ever to produce a CD-ROM insert in a Time-Warner publication for its season two launch of The Shield. Since then, CD-ROM inserts have proven to be highly successful marketing tools for both broadcast and cable television networks.

David MacEachern, CEO of iMedia International stated, "The advent of digital television has given viewers so many choices that it's become increasingly difficult for networks to find and capture audience attention. We think that using multi-media discs to promote programming through targeted print distribution gives the networks a tremendous marketing advantage."
