Telelogic signs Eur 590,000 License Deal with Leading UK Aerospace/defense Contractor

Telelogic DOORS to Be Deployed Across 11 Divisions across UK

Malmo, SWEDEN -- July 2, 2004 -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced a four year license agreement with a leading UK aerospace/defense contractor, to deploy Telelogic DOORS in a collaborative development environment across all divisions of the company. In addition, Telelogic DOORS has been named the corporate standard for requirements management in six of the 11 divisions. The deal, dated June 30, is worth Eur 590,000 and includes licenses and maintenance over a four year period.
