Oneida Ltd. Appoints BDO Seidman, LLP as Independent Auditors


ONEIDA, N.Y., Aug. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Oneida Ltd. (OTCBB:ONEI) today announced that it has appointed BDO Seidman, LLP, a major national accounting firm, as Oneida's new independent auditors for the company's current fiscal year ending January 29, 2005.
