iMedia U.S. Completes Promotional DVD for The WB Network's New Series `Jack and Bobby'

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia US, LLC, the operating division of iMedia International Inc. (Pinks Sheets:IMNL) announces the completion and distribution of its first promotional DVD project for The WB Network. The promotional DVD disc featured the entire series premier episode of Warner Brother's new series "Jack and Bobby".

In what may be the first promotion of its type, iMedia in conjunction with The WB, produced and distributed over 560,000 DVD discs to subscribers of Entertainment Weekly Magazine in advance of the series premier. The disc was inserted in the publication's September 3rd issue in top five U.S. markets.

"What makes this promotion so unique is the fact that The WB decided to feature the entire premier episode as opposed to delivering only a short `trailer' or preview. Distribution in Entertainment Weekly Magazine provided the opportunity for The WB to promote `Jack and Bobby' to an audience who may not currently be familiar with the network or its programming," said Kevin Plate, EVP or Sales and Business Development for iMedia US.

In commenting on the power of associating disc media with traditional print publishing, David MacEachern, CEO of iMedia International explains, "Television networks struggle to reach new, diversified audiences with meaningful promotional campaigns. iMedia's interactive CD and DVD-ROM discs provide a wonderful digital solution allowing networks to accomplish their marketing objectives. Everyone benefits from this program including the network, the magazine publishers and especially the reader who now enjoys their magazine together with a digitally-enhanced multi-media experience."
