Acies and JCB International Credit Card Team Up to Recruit New Merchants in the New York City Metropolitan Area


NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Acies, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic Synergy, Inc. (OTCBB:ASGY) today announces that it has executed an agreement with Japanese credit card company JCB International Credit Card Co., Ltd. ("JCB"). Under the terms of the agreement Acies will directly recruit New York City metropolitan area merchants to accept the JCB credit card, and Acies' independent sales agents can now offer their customers the ability to accept and process the JCB credit card.
