(OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it is aggressively pursuing sales opportunities in Mexico. The Company further elaborated that in the current month of October it expects to conduct live tests with four prospective clients that collectively operate 5,000 commercial vehicles.
In addition to its previously announced contract with Estrella Blanca, SA, the largest private bus company in the Western Hemisphere, PlanetLink Communications has also gained interest from several other large businesses and associations located in Mexico City and in Monterrey. The President of Canacar, Mexico's National Trucking Association for Freight and Cargo, has agreed to test the TransTRAK product in his company's fleet of 500 trucks. Canacar has a total of 2,500 members with a total of 398,000 trucks and trailers.
