Raven Moon's CEO & V.P Agree to Seven Year Extension

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that CEO Joey DiFrancesco and V.P. Bernadette DiFrancesco have agreed to stay with the company for an additional seven years after their current contract ends in November 2006. The DiFrancesco's who founded Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. are the creative force and the Emmy Award and Communicator Award winning executive producers of Gina D's Kids Club and other programs and toys they have created and licensed to the company. The DiFrancesco's have also recently won a second Gold Aurora Award for their newly produced 2004 "Gina D -- Mr. Bicycle Man" Public Service Safety Announcement (PSA) to help save children's lives. Former recipients of the Aurora Award have been Disney, HBO and The History Channel.

Recently, the company celebrated the completion of 13 episodes of Gina D's Kids Club programs at its annual shareholder meeting. "Gina D's Kids Club" is now on in 88 different markets, and airs weekly on major stations such as ABC, CBS, WB, and PBS in many major markets.

"This milestone, which is only the beginning of our journey, has been years in the making. Raven Moon, the cast of 'Gina D's Kids Club' and the shareholders should all be proud of this major accomplishment," stated Raven Moon CEO Joey DiFrancesco.

The right for Raven Moon to extend the contract gives the DiFrancesco's the right to purchase 320,000 shares of non-diluting preferred stock.

"We are committed to this company and will continue to steer it in the right direction for the long term. We have no plans to sell any of the common shares of stock that we currently own or the preferred shares that we will purchase through this seven-year extension. Our goal is to continue producing Gina D's Kid Club and brand her as the 'female Mr. Rogers' for a new generation of children. Just like 'Sesame Street' or 'Barney', once kids discover Gina D's Kids Club, the money will take care of itself for the company, its shareholders, and our families," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.

The syndication process of "Gina D's Kids Club" currently under the direction of Role Entertainment, (201) 568-4800, will set a new standard for children's television for years to come. This fall, children across America will be able to watch the best new program since "Sesame Street" on select PBS, WB, UPN, CBS and ABC stations.
