Company Adds VP of Sales, VP of Product Development, and Director of Collections and Recovery Solutions


BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intelligent Results, a provider of customer relationship analytics solutions, continues to expand its executive team by adding Paul Adams as vice president of sales, Tom Croswell as vice president of product development, and Don Davey as director of collections and recovery solutions.

Before joining Intelligent Results to head up North American and international sales, Adams was vice president for American Management Systems (AMS) where he led the Financial Services Group's $50 Million Western Regional sales team. Adams was responsible for delivering credit and banking systems to many of the nation's top financial institutions. Prior to AMS, Adams spent nearly ten years with Fair Isaac as strategic account executive responsible for relationship management and sales of automated credit scoring systems. Clients included leading companies such as American Express, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Chemical and Bank One.

Tom Croswell, vice president of product development

Croswell was previously founder, CEO and VP of product development for Blue Seas, a real-time business collaboration platform based on a proprietary XML messaging platform targeting the business integration market. Prior to Blue Seas, Croswell was VP of product development at Jabber, Inc where he developed the product requirements and features for Jabber's first commercial product, the only XML-based, high-throughput messaging platform available today. Additionally, Croswell was responsible for founding the NEC Redmond Technology Center which successfully focused NEC's broad technical and business interests into a strategic working partnership with Microsoft.

Don Davey, director of collections and recovery solutions

Davey, who will be leading the collections and recovery product lines for Intelligent Results, is a seasoned professional in the collections industry. Davey was previously the director of market management at Fair Isaac, where he provided operational and business expertise in the Business Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, Product Development and Business Development areas to successfully launch three new products and services in the collections and recovery markets. Prior to Fair Isaac, Davey was chief operations officer at Asset Management Outsourcing, a multi-site collections and business process outsourcing company. Davey has also held senior management positions at GE Capital and Citicorp.
