Alpha Wireless Subsidiary, Seamless, Acquires Phenom Wi-Fi Encrypton Software Program


HENDERSON, Nev., Jan. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today, Mr. Reda, President of Alpha Wireless Broadband, Inc. (OTCBB:AWBI) announced the acquisition of the Phenom ((tm)pending) software program by AWBI's subsidiary, Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. Seamless allows the Company's other subsidiary, Skyy-Fi, Inc. to offer its Wi-Fi clients increased security when using its Skyy-Fi locations which is unique to the Wi-Fi industry.

Mr. Reda continued, "And with the addition of Mr. Rippy, as President of Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc., coupled with his knowledge and experience in the software development and programming industry, we are confident of the continued development of the Phenom software program, thus enhancing its viability and marketability."

Phenom software provides secure communication over Wi-Fi, Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) networks with its proprietary, Virtual Internet Extranet Networks, (VIEN). Using RSA's government certified 256 bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for authentication Phenom provides individuals and corporations with secure Peer Mail, Chat, File Transfer, up to 2 MB downloads and remote PC access. Phenom also includes an Application Protocol Interface (API) that supports Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), White Boarding and Video Voice conferencing.
