BALTIMORE, Feb. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- View Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:VYST), a homeland defense solutions provider, today announced they have delivered two Visual First Responders to the U.S. Army 22d Chemical Battalion (TEU) located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland.
The U.S. Army's multiple system order consists of a base unit with triple, true-diversity antenna arrays, extension link transmitter, and encrypted video security coding. The 22d Chemical Battalion (TEU) has been using the Visual First Responder technology since early 2003 and is expanding its existing systems with this order.
The VFR technology allows First Responders to gather visual data from a 'ground zero' environment and transmit the ultra clear, steady video signal back to a receiver at the mobile, on-scene command site.
