Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. Expecting Initial Results within Days on Alberta Well

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) wishes to report that it has been informed by the operator that the Pembina Prospect well is currently being prepared to be perforated. If all goes according to schedule, the perforation of the first prospective pay zone should take place within the next 1-3 days.

The operator on the Martex Prospect in Texas is finishing the Stuart No. 60-8 well preparation to complete a nitrogen frac. This frac is now scheduled to occur within the next 7-14 days barring any unforeseen issues. As soon as the frac has been completed initial flow rates from the well should be known. This prospect has yielded five successful wells out of five to this point. MSEV has already paid the cost for this well as well as the remaining two other wells that are expected to get underway as soon as this one is completed.

Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "We could have initial results as soon as the next few days on the first well on this new exciting Alberta prospect. With results on the 6th Texas well expected next week, the next few weeks could be a very important period of growth for MSEV. We are looking forward to receiving the results from these two prospects shortly."

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a mid-range oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace.
