Coors Brewing Company Receives Recognition For Ethics Program Developed With SmartPros' Subsidiary, Working Values, Ltd.

Workforce Management Magazine Notes Program "Is One of the Most Comprehensive Ethics Programs in the Nation"

HAWTHORNE, N.Y., April 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- SmartPros Ltd. (AMEX:PED), a leading developer of accredited continuing professional education, today reported that Workforce Management magazine has recognized Coors Brewing Company's ethics program, designed and developed with Working Values, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SmartPros Ltd. and a leading corporate ethics and compliance company.

In the February 2005 edition of Workforce Management magazine, Samuel Greengard wrote, "Golden, Colorado-based Coors Brewing Co. has developed one of the most comprehensive ethics programs in the nation."

Coors, which recently merged with Molson Inc., began implementing an ethics training program in 1990. In 2002, Coors engaged Working Values to advance the legacy program with the creation of a Web-based ethics training module for company employees.

"It's very important that the human resources field plays an active role in the development and deployment of ethics programs," said Working Values President David Gebler, "and that leading publications recognize the efforts of companies who are engaged in proactive ethics and compliance solutions. Working Values is proud to be associated with programs that garner such outstanding reviews."
