STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Inter IKEA Investments has submitted a request to Skanska to reclassify 1,500,000 Skanska A shares to the comparable number of B shares. As a result of the reclassification, Inter IKEA Investments' share of voting rights declines from 5.4% to 3.4%.
After reclassification, the number of A shares in Skanska will amount to 24,889,844, while the number of B shares in the company will total 393,663,228.
