On June 23, 2005 Aventura VoIP Networks, Inc. issued a press release announcing the signing of a Wholesale Carrier Agreement and did not follow proper protocol within the wholesale carrier's organization to publicly release news. Aventura VoIP Networks, Inc. was contacted by the wholesale carrier and asked to place a "kill order" on the press release announcing the agreement.
