HARRISBURG, Pa., July 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Worldwide industrial services and products company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today that its SGB access services division is adding to its growing international market presence with the establishment of a new branch in Ukraine.

SGB will enter the Ukraine market as majority partner with the privately held Excelsio Group, a Latvian-based contracting and construction services firm with whom SGB has also successfully partnered in establishing its SGB Latvia operations, which opened in 2003. "Their experience in the Ukraine market along with their customer contacts will be invaluable to the development of SGB Ukraine," said Mr. Butler. Excelsio has outlets throughout the Baltic States, Ukraine and Russia.
