National Detection Clinics Announces Management Team Changes


ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 30, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- National Detection Clinics (Pink Sheets:NADE) announces the resignation of Gary Kelley (President and CEO) and Peter Johanssen (Senior Vice President and director), along with two other senior management personnel, effective September 6, 2005. The new management team is already in place and an announcement will be following shortly.

Due to differing philosophies on corporate direction and development, an amicable decision was reached to proceed in a new direction for the long term benefit of the company.

All of the outgoing senior personnel will continue to be available to the new team for assistance during the transition phase.

Mr. Gary Kelley and the outgoing management team have agreed to provide whatever advice is necessary to ensure the continued growth and profitability of National Detection.
