Short-term Capital Gain $0.00192 per common share
Long-term Capital Gain $0.03529 per common share
Both the short-term and long-term capital gain distributions will be payable on January 6, 2006 to shareholders of record on December 23, 2005, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2005.
