Semotus Solutions Signs Strategic Alliance and Exclusive Distributorship with Redwood Inc. in Japan

Clickmarks' On-Demand Technology to be Marketed to Japanese Enterprises


LOS GATOS, Calif., Jan. 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Semotus Solutions (AMEX:DLK), an innovative leader of software solutions for enterprise mobility, today announced that Clickmarks, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Semotus, has formed a strategic partnership with Redwood, Inc. (http://rwi.jp/), naming Redwood as the sole distributor of Clickmarks' products in Japan. The alliance is expected to provide for comprehensive, on-the-ground sales and marketing support of Clickmarks technology offerings and increased technical support for new and existing Clickmarks' customers and partners in Japan.
