Internal Hydro Presents New Board Members for Alternative Energy Technology


TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International Inc., (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.InternalHydro.com) announces that the new board of directors, chosen for its technology deployment plan in Europe and North America, includes technology, engineering and manufacturing experts. With IHDR having entered its plan to the unveiling of its low head hydro and other technology advances and opportunities, the interim board of directors which has been selected includes experts from the oil and gas engineering business, production and manufacturing areas. "I proudly introduce the Board of Directors that now present to the world the introduction of our technology to a world of alternative energy," said President and CEO Craig A. Huffman.

On January 23, 2006, the five man board of IHDR was fully elected to include Tony Council, P.E., of Houston, Texas. Mr. Council is a Professional Engineer with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas arena. Mr. Council received a BS degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina ANT State University in 1978. He currently holds a license in Texas as a professional engineer which he has held since 1993. From 1992 -- 2000 he was a senior consulting engineer and project manager with Mustang Engineering, Inc. of Houston, Texas, where he had a very successful and renowned career in charge of engineering design and project manager of assigned oil and gas projects. Since January 2001, he has been the founder and President of TLC Engineering, Inc. where he oversees the daily management of engineering and bid processing for large scale engineering projects. Mr. Council will be the direct head of engineering development and will oversee the ongoing production with of units with Cm2 of Italy.

Also joining IHDR's board is Michael Scionti, of Tampa, Florida. Mr. Scionti was formerly an Assistant Attorney General and Assistant State Attorney, State of Florida (1996 -- 2005); he worked with various State and Federal law enforcement agencies in prosecuting statewide white-collar corruption, and in the areas of banking and securities fraud. Currently he is in private practice in Tampa, Florida where he specializes in business and civil litigation. Mr. Scionti is currently a candidate for the House of Representatives, District 58, State of Florida. Mr. Scionti received his BS in 1990 from Florida State University and his JD from South Texas College of Law (1996). Mr. Scionti has been a long time investor in IHDR. Mr. Scionti is currently a Captain in the United States Army Reserves, where he served with the Third Infantry and received the Bronze Star for proven leadership and service during ground combat (2003 -- 2004).

Remaining on the Board is Wade Kenyon, who had served from January 2004 to the present. Mr. Kenyon has served on the board of directors of IHDR since 2004. He received his BA Degree from the University of South Florida and was Co-founder of the predecessor company Internal Command Industries. Currently Mr. Kenyon is the Professional Sales Manager for Baring Industries, Inc.

Also joining the Board of IHDR is Anthony Pecoraro. Mr. Pecoraro is the vice president and founder of Regent Machine Products Inc., where he completed the design phase of the EC V technology. Mr. Pecoraro currently serves as vice president of new technology development for Internal Hydro International, Inc. Mr. Pecoraro is a U.S. Navy Veteran of 15 years where he was awarded 3 Navy achievement medals. Mr. Pecoraro brings with him a large degree of experience in the rotary equipment repair area, where he has worked on diesel, steam, nuclear, and gas turbine power plants. He previously headed industrial repair shops, machine shops, inplace machine and repair, and R&D for various companies. He has over 27 years experience as a machinery repairman.

The fifth member of the Board of IHDR is its second largest shareholder, and the co-founding partner of the original company ICI. Mr. James Thomas received his BA in English from the University of South Florida (1992) and his JD from Stetson University College of Law (1996). Mr. Thomas is a founding partner of the predecessor company, Internal Command International in 2001, and since that time has served at the direction of the board and senior management in the areas of investor relations and special projects.
