Internal Hydro International Inc. Releases Details of Revolutionary Ability of Small-Hydro Production Unit

TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.InternalHydro.com) announces that the final engineered design plans for the Energy Commander V have been provided for production in Europe of the 30 kilowatt small hydro unit exceed all expectations for power and revolutionary ability. The details surrounding the unit show that its revolutionary abilities will have technical reach into many areas of U.S. industry, while its power potentials show tremendous efficiency, and power output beyond expectation. All of this power is now achieved in a unit less than one fifth the size of the prior EC IV. The unit will also be able to achieve the higher output at less projected cost of production.

The final unit production plans, completed by IHDR's technical team, and supplied to IHDR's European partner Cm2, show that the unit will operate at below the projected 65 psi, and produce over 3,950 pounds of torque. As such the 48 cylinder unit will be able to have an efficiency well in excess of over 80%. The unit will produce 67 horsepower, far in excess of the 37 horsepower needed to produce the 30 kilowatts of energy from commercially available generators linked to the system. This means that the EC V will be able to produce the 30 kilowatts of electricity under less than optimum conditions of flow available, and have power left over for other industrial uses such as vacuum, fluid pumping or air pressure creation.

The original expectation for the unit was for the 30 kilowatts to be produced from a smaller amount of force of about 40 horsepower. Given the additional available horsepower, the unit will now be able to produce large volumes of power for movement of liquids such as oils, chemicals, and others, through the extra available power which can be used as a vacuum suction or pump system in any number of industrial uses. The units' efficiency means that the cost of production can be proportionally saved in production.

Cm2's projected timeline for unit rollout of the EC V is for scale production in April, 2006.
