 StockPickReport Commentary -- March 7, 2006
 SHORT IRONY, PART TWO...
 (Continued from prior release)

If you are a Bush administration supporter, sit down -- things weren't as rosy as Bill Clinton wanted us to believe either. In fact, the economy just is not as good or bad as any politician claims.

You've got to look at facts. Facts are, that production costs are up, orders are down, outsourcing is out of control, imports for China are flooding our country with plastic dolls, TVs, and clothes.

The government has downplayed the role of energy costs in the economy for years (ironically since the start of the Iraq "war"). They think outsourcing is good. They want you and me to "embrace" it.

Somehow I've drifted into what looks like a rant about the current administration. This is not that. No, they will be gone in a couple years. It's not about the government -- It's about you and me. It's about our choice to swallow a mouthful of baloney or choose a healthier diet.

I choose healthy lifestyles when I can. My doctor told me last year that my bladder cancer was probably caused from the years of smoking and living in a house with parents who smoked like chimneys (one of which, my mother, died of lung cancer at 47 years old). So, now I don't smoke.

My kids don't live in a house full of smoke. I make sure we eat very little baloney (actually, I think my kids have had one baloney sandwich their entire life -- no joke). We substitute the smoke and baloney with fresh air and tuna. I substitute the smoke and baloney of Wallstreet with facts and technical analysis. You should do the same.

A major magazine ran an article today that may be the victim of bad timing. As such, we all have that problem, don't we? Yet, I must admit to you it is kinda funny.

And, oh yeah, I think you can sell this market short. But, you will be buying back again. And then, selling. And then, buying. That is a LIFESTYLE choice. You make decisions and you do NOT accept the claptrap or mantra fed to you by folks with agendas or entrenched in a bloated, rigged system (i.e.: mainstream magazines touting the tired, old line about the wonderful economy being a reason to "stay long").
