California Software Announces GSA Schedule Contract Award

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif., April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- California Software Corporation (Pink Sheets:CSWX), a leader in Legacy Extension, Business Intelligence and loan production software for banks, credit unions and consumer lending institutions and developer of the award-winning INFINITE product lines, announced today that it has been awarded a GSA schedule contract for its INFINITE product family, maintenance and services.

"California Software has done business with the federal government, as well as many state and local governments for many years, but has not previously had a direct GSA schedule contract. Previous contracts were fulfilled through third party providers, software companies and integrators who had a direct GSA agreement in place," said Carol Conway, President, California Software.

Bruce Acacio, CEO, California Software said, "Finalizing a GSA schedule contract is one of many steps we are taking in 2006 to continue to grow our business. The team at California Software is working on building partnerships with government agencies and private businesses to modernize legacy applications and integrate them into newer object-oriented technologies."
