Imaging3 Boosts Sales Muscle, Brings on Vice President Business Development

BURBANK, Calif., May 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Imaging3(tm), Inc, (OTCBB:IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, today reports that the company has hired Mike Nessen as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Nessen is being brought aboard to spearhead the sales of Imaging3's flagship 3D imaging device, the Dominion, as it moves from prototype to production level sales.

Mr. Nessen is well suited for this multi-dimensional sales process, as he brings with him a particular expertise in bridging operational, administrative, and business management elements. His skillful blending of these traits helped him, as President and COO of the 30 employee company, to propel his prior employer to the most profitable growth period in the company's 50 year history.

Upon joining his former employer, the company had few operational structures and processes in place, due to a business model which only emphasized sales. The new management structure that Mr. Nessen implemented separated the management of the company from the transactions of the company in order to motivate the sales department to increase sales and to motivate management to improve operations, thereby increasing profitability and stimulating growth.

"Mike comes to us having just led his former company to a 120% sales increase over the previous two years. We are expecting his talents and expertise to do the same for Imaging3," said Dean Janes, Imaging3's Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Nessen is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with a degree in economics. He resides in Glendale with his wife and son.
