NorthStar Realty Finance Prices Offering of Common Stock


NEW YORK, May 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE:NRF) announced today that it has priced its public offering of 10 million shares of its common stock at $10.60 per share. The underwriters of the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,528,616 additional shares of common stock from the company to cover any over-allotments. A selling stockholder unaffiliated with the Company will sell an additional 190,778 shares of common stock in the offering.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking and Lehman Brothers.
