WESTPORT, Conn., May 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proposal Software, Inc. (www.proposalsoftware.com) CEO John A. Laurino today announced that Tammy Dungan has been named Manager, Client Services of the Westport, Conn.-based firm.
Dungan, whose most recent position was RFP specialist with ING Investment Management, Inc., officially assumed the new position May 1.
Proposal Software, Inc.'s flagship product is the leading proposal management software Proposal Management and Production System, (PMAPS(r)).

Prior to her appointment at Proposal Software, Inc., Dungan was PMAPS project manager at ING Investment Management, where she was responsible for coordinating and completing over 200 RFP's annually in order to accurately present the organization's investment strategies. This required coordinating with portfolio management, department managers, sales, and legal staff to assemble response data.
