Companies Can Now Rapidly Implement More Effective Customer and Offer Management Strategies Based on Advanced Analytical Decisions


BELLEVUE, Wash., May 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intelligent Results, a pioneer in customer analytics software, announced today applications based on Predigy(tm), their integrated analytics and decision management platform. The new applications are designed to enable a broad range of businesses to apply sophisticated analytics to key customer-facing business issues, including product offer acceptance, retention and affinity.

Intelligent Results includes five of the top 10 banks in the U.S. among its prestigious customers, and has demonstrated a track record of success in enabling those companies to create more profitable relationships with their customers. In April, Intelligent Results introduced the Predigy platform, the first integrated platform for customer analytics. The platform is designed to be embedded into operational systems, enabling analytically-driven decisions to be easily turned into actions that engage customers. The new Predigy Applications are built from one or more modules of the integrated platform and enable banks and other consumer product and services companies to apply analytics, previously used primarily for credit scores, to a new set of key issues that promise a very high return on investment.
