TAMPA, Fla., July 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.InternalHydro.com) (IHDR) announces the appointment of R. Edward Hart, President of Encore Energy Solutions, LLC., to serve as a consultant to the Company as IHDR's Energy Marketing Director for its renewable energy technologies. Mr. Hart brings twenty-five years of energy marketing experience to the Company for the sales and placements of its renewable energy technologies. Mr. Hart's experience and relations in both industrial and commercial settings will position IHDR in the ready market entry of the Energy Commander technology low-impact hydro device. Mr. Hart has chosen to join IHDR after presentation of the Energy Commander technology, and other technologies available to IHDR. Mr. Hart will now lead the marketing team to follow the strong marketing team in Europe, Canada, and the Eastern United States for the Energy Commander technology fielding.
Mr. Hart has been the President of Encore Energy since 2003, which provides energy consulting for the energy needs of both industrial and commercial end-users. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Hart was Manager for Tampa Electric Company's TECO Partners, National Industrial Development, where he was in charge of providing energy services for large-scale industries, the buying and selling of energy services, and risk analysis of energy services and sources. Mr. Hart was also President of Arcadia Energy Corporation from 1993 to 2000, as a co-founder of that natural gas marketing and production company, which he grew from an annual revenue of $5,000,000 to over $150,000,000. Mr. Hart includes among his clients many of the Fortune 500 and 100 companies for whom he represents for energy needs.
Mr. Hart's role with IHDR will be to assist and target industries where he sees IHDR's technologies being placed in commercial, industrial, natural and governmental applications.
