HumWare Media Corp. Adds Sales Representatives for Boondoggle Sports Network in New Territories

GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that it has added sales representatives for its Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN). The new territories cover several Midwestern and Southwestern states including: Wichita, Kansas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Indianapolis/Fort Wayne, Indiana; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

HumWare is rolling out its Boondoggle Sports Network to select areas in United States and Canada by licensing experienced local sales professionals in the top markets. Local representatives are charged with deploying the network into establishments to create a local advertising base. Each establishment installed represents instant advertisement inventory. Licensees then have 24 local ad slots to sell per unit. Advertisements are played 900 times a month on average. The Company reserves 12 additional slots for Regional and National advertisements. The patent pending BSN offers the hospitality industry free year-round interactive fantasy sports, sports news, and sports trivia entertainment to increase traffic, bring patrons back and promote higher revenues. Establishments are also given a large inventory of ad space to promote in-house specials, food, and beverage sales or upcoming events.

"We are thrilled to continue our national expansion into the Midwest and Southwest regions. Our goal is to have established representatives in all of the major college and professional sports markets throughout the United States and we're well on our way," stated John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare Media Corporation.
