Domenic Aversa Joins MorrisAnderson's Cleveland Office

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 17, 2006 -- MorrisAnderson & Associates, Ltd., Chicago, is pleased to announce that Domenic Aversa has joined the company as the Managing Director of its Cleveland office.

Mr. Aversa has extensive international and domestic business and turnaround experience in a wide range of industries, including retail, food distribution, construction, metal fabricating, HVAC and electrical, injection molding, metal fabricating, and product distribution. His experience with restructurings ranges from crisis-management to helping companies transition to a market economy in Russia and China. Most recently, Mr. Aversa served as a principal of a leading turnaround and crisis-management consulting firm in the Mid-West.

He is a former member of the International Committee of the National Turnaround Management Association, and a member of the Canadian and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Aversa holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo, and a law degree from the University of Windsor, both in Canada. He also studied at Moscow State Institute of International Relations in Moscow and the University of Manchester, England.
