Internal Hydro International's Hydro Unit Shown During International Conference; Larger Power Levels to be Verified Before Transport to Italy for Production

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International, Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.internalhydro.com) announced today that it held showings and extensive runs of its positive displacement low hydro technology, the Energy Commander V (EC V), in Mobile, Alabama, over the last four days. The showings were made during runs for the Companies production partner, customers, and select parties. The showings were made during a corporate conference on the production plans for the EC V and other energy projects IHDR is entering. The showings and conference were attended by Cm2, IHDR's European partner for initial manufacturing. The conference included potential large customers, a European financial manager for Cm2/IHDR's expansion of the market and production in Europe for all of their energy projects, Wastech, Inc., IHDR's Joint Venture Partner in the Illinois waste-to-energy project and other selected parties. The Company will continue runs of the unit until it is transported to Cm2 for production modeling in November, which will also ensure visits by the Companies potential Asian partner, Panda International Information Technology, Co. Ltd., which is sending engineers and parties for further expansion and formalization of the potential agreement for marketing and production in China.

The EC V will continue running for tests by independent third parties for verification of the output power, its ultimate output capacity and mechanical force available for other uses, which is showing that it may be outperforming the expected power and force calculations made during design and computer modeling for power alone. The unit is performing on a three inch line, instead of the previously published six inch line as designed, and doing so with full loads on the generator, at only 50 psi, instead of the expected 65 psi required. Additional video will be installed on the Companies web site of some of the runs showing generation demonstrations over the next three days.
