RouteMatch Software Awarded ITS Contract for State of Tennessee

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 8, 2006 -- RouteMatch Software, Inc. today announced that it is the primary software vendor for the State of Tennessee's statewide Intelligent Transport System (ITS) initiative.

After a thorough evaluation and RFP process facilitated by TranSystems, the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation in cooperation with its state transportation agencies selected RouteMatch Software to provide advanced routing, scheduling and dispatching software, automated vehicle location (AVL) technology and support for mobile data terminals to achieve operational efficiencies and improved service through transportation coordination.

Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency (MCHRA), one of the eleven agencies represented under this contract, will be the first transit system to implement the new RouteMatch transportation software and receive training. Other agencies across the state can then "piggyback" on the same ITS contract and begin an implementation that fits their specific needs.
