(Pink Sheets:AMHD), announces that it has agreed to a working arrangement with Merlin Petroleum Company, Inc. of Westport, CT for ACG to supply Bio-Diesel to Merlin for resale to its client base.

Merlin has nearly twenty five years experience in tracking worldwide fuel prices, supply points and negotiating with suppliers around the world to ensure the best possible price, place, and availability of products for their clients.
Merlin (http://www.merlinpetroleum.com) is a major supplier to the United States Government and holds multiple contracts for the supply of marine fuels to U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard vessels. In addition, the company is the exclusive suppliers of heating fuel, road diesel and Bio-Diesel to two Army bases in New York State.

Fleets must purchase and use a minimum of a 20% blend to be compliant to EPAct.
