announced today that Kenneth Allen Brown has become Counsel to the firm
specializing in the practice area of litigation. Mr. Brown has extensive
expertise in commercial, corporate, land use and real estate litigation.

Mr. Brown has worked on numerous complex litigation matters in state and
federal courts. He is a graduate of Columbia College at Columbia
University, where he studied Political Science and Economics. He graduated
magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he was ranked 4th in his
class, was a recipient of a full-tuition merit scholarship, and a research
editor of the Law Review. In addition, he has held a two-year position as
a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Potter, Chief Judge of the United
States District Court, Western District, located in Charlotte, North
Carolina.
Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of
the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is a member of the New
York County Lawyers' Association and its Litigation Section. He is a
member of the American Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association,
and the Nassau County Bar Association.
