The Company also announced it has filed for change of Corporation's name to "M45 Mining Resources Inc." The name change will be effective as soon as approved by Regulating and Governing authorities.
The Company's board of directors approved the going forward business plan consisting in increasing the Corporation's asset base by acquiring more properties in North American mining field while initiating drilling programs.
