(Pink Sheets:PPRG) announced today the Company has agreed to acquire a minority interest in Virtual Nurse, Inc. ("VNI") to offer innovative nursing services that improve the quality of patient care and process efficiencies for healthcare providers nationwide. The companies will also jointly promote and market each other's products and services throughout the healthcare industry. In addition, VNI will obtain a licensing agreement to use Patient Portal's Managed Health Networking System and related support services.
